Regional Business Manager Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.

- Understanding of and ability to navigate different global cultures; Respect individuals and appreciate diversity in experience, education, and organizational level.
- Embrace challenges and conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner, exhibit sound business judgement, and keep commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years management or leadership experience; 7+ years direct industry experience
- Valid driver’s license and passport for global travel.
What you’ll do: As a Regional Business Manager of Nova-Tech Engineering’s Poultry Division, you will be responsible for leading team members and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability within a specific geographic location. This position requires the ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment with the agility to problem-solve, make impactful decisions, and support Account Managers.
Other key areas include:
- Ability to support and build up a team of Account Managers through strong leadership, accountability, and ultimate responsibility for service and sales within the region.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives with the Poultry Division Manager to achieve divisional goals and generate revenue growth within specified region.
- Ensure Account Managers are properly trained and meet their goals by guiding, monitoring performance, and managing risks.
- Conduct market research to identify gaps or unfulfilled customer needs.
- Oversee the region’s financial reporting and identify potential cost savings and efficiencies.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly analyses and reports of operations and finances to leadership.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the poultry industry.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Our location: In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota. Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country.
