As our Activities Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents’ days are packed with engaging, creative, and inspiring activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, organize, and lead a variety of fun activities and events (think arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, themed parties, and more!)

• Create programs that cater to different interests, abilities, and needs to make sure every resident has something to look forward to.

• Engage residents in exciting group activities, ensuring they stay physically, mentally, and socially active.

• Collaborate with staff to plan seasonal events, holiday celebrations, and surprise surprises that bring everyone together.

• Create a warm and positive environment where every resident feels included, heard, and appreciated.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’re a creative thinker who loves planning and organizing fun and meaningful experiences for others.

• You have a passion for senior care and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

• You’re an excellent communicator, able to engage residents, families, and staff alike.

• You’re flexible, empathetic, and understand the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment.

• Experience in activity planning or senior care is a plus, but a heart full of enthusiasm and a love for making people smile is the key!
