  1. Manage and maintain compensation data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  2. Support testing of Workday compensation configuration and business processes
  3. Serve as a point of contact for Workday compensation-related inquiries
  4. Has workday HCM HR configuration Experience
  5. Has workday HCM HR conversion Load Experience
  6. Has Workday HCM Conversion Mapping experience
  7. Example: Strong understanding of Workday supervisory org structures, job profiles and position structures and how to facilitate the conversion into these structures
