Position Overview:

We are hiring two dynamic individuals to join our team:

• Full-Time Staffing Coordinator/Marketer : Focus on staffing, marketing, and sales efforts to expand our reach and fulfill staffing needs for facilities.
• Part-Time Recruiter : Specialize in recruiting and onboarding RNs, LPNs, aides, and allied healthcare professionals to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit RNs, LPNs, aides, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate and manage scheduling for healthcare staff at local facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with area facilities to identify staffing needs.
• Conduct marketing and sales calls to expand our client base.
• Oversee the onboarding process, including compliance and credential verification.
• Support private duty nurse staffing for medically fragile students in public schools.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for growing the staffing side of the business.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare staffing (agency experience preferred).
• Proven success in recruiting and onboarding healthcare professionals.
• Strong marketing and sales skills, with the ability to make impactful calls and build client relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a passion for achieving results.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
