Team Overview

Our Recruiting team plays a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to advance our mission. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Recruiting and collaborate closely with business leaders to manage full-cycle recruiting. Your work will help build a team that is not only highly skilled, but also deeply committed to furthering ADF’s mission and values.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, create job requirements, and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
  • Candidate Management & Experience: Track candidates through the process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience throughout.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Use job boards, social media, and networking to identify and assess potential candidates, including conducting initial screenings.
  • Compensation Negotiation & Offers: Assist with compensation discussions and generate offers while ensuring internal pay equity.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Data: Contribute to recruitment process improvements, streamline interview scheduling, and identify new sourcing tools. Share data-driven insights for continuous process enhancements.
  • Brand Expansion & Outreach: Represent ADF at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build and promote the company’s employer brand.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of executive recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of legal recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of staffing agency experience
