Tucson Chinese Baptist Church (TCBC), in Arizona, is actively seeking a full-time pastor. Affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), we have an average attendance of 100. We are a multi-generational church family rooted in the timeless truths of Scripture, united in our commitment to share the Gospel with our community. Our congregation represents diverse Chinese-American culture alongside other ethnicities, with English as the primary language. A portion are fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we seek a pastor who loves the Lord and has a shepherd’s heart to lead, nurture, and empower our church.

Required Qualifications:

1. Demonstrates the biblical qualifications in I Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and I Peter 5:1-3.
2. Exhibits a personal conviction of the Lord’s calling to the pastoral ministry.
3. Affirms and agrees with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
4. Agrees and adheres to the TCBC Constitution and Statement of Faith.
5. Possesses prior pastoral experience within an SBC church.
6. Holds ordination or eligibility for ordination by an SBC church.
