Revenue Management Manager (Travel & Leisure)

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Revenue Management Manager for an opportunity located in Broward County, Florida

We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Revenue Management Manager with a background in the travel & leisure industry. This role will focus on creating and executing strategic pricing plans designed to optimize ticket sales and ensure efficient utilization of stateroom inventory. The ideal candidate will be skilled in statistical analysis and data manipulation to inform decision-making and support business objectives. As part of the team, the Revenue Management Manager will collaborate closely with departments such as Marketing, Sales and Guest Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily management of inventory, pricing, and promotional offerings to maximize ticket revenue and optimize the use of available staterooms.
• Produce regular reports (daily, weekly, ad-hoc) to support ongoing decision-making and performance tracking.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to identify factors impacting ticket revenue.
• Supervise the Revenue Management coordinators to ensure that the Reservations system is maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Guest Services teams to align on strategic initiatives and objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree, in related field is preferred.
• At least 4 + years of experience in revenue management or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with the travel & leisure industry, including knowledge of Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• In-depth understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing strategies, forecasting, market segmentation, and pricing analysis.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Strong decision-making capabilities, with the ability to act decisively and with confidence.

Preferred Systems Knowledge:

• Advanced proficiency with Excel (functions, pivot tables, arrays) is required.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite are preferred.
