Position Title: Recruiter / HR Generalist
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Onsite (No Remote Work)
Reports To: Division HR Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter/HR Generalist to support both recruiting and HR operations. This hybrid role will assist the Lead Recruiter, HR Manager, and HR Generalist in various talent acquisition and HR-related functions. The ideal candidate brings a balance of recruiting expertise and HR generalist experience, with a focus on delivering high-impact support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting (50%)

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Light Industrial, Engineering, and Business Operations roles.

• Develop strategic sourcing methods to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.

• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and manage requisition workflows.

• Partner with hiring managers to craft job postings and recruitment strategies.

• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications.

• Maintain talent pipelines for key positions and hard-to-fill roles.

• Support Affirmative Action and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

• Advise and train hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interviewing.

HR Generalist (50%)

• Coordinate employee onboarding and support training and development programs.

• Address employee inquiries related to HR topics (e.g., compensation, leave).

• Analyze and report on HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and turnover.

• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and organizational structures.

• Review and update HR policies and standard operating procedures.

• Perform other HR duties as needed to support department goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required (HR or Business-related field preferred).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Experience in HR generalist functions within a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication skills.
