Purpose of Position

As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers, TA leaders, and HR Business Partners to recruit for multiple areas of the business. This role will support hiring needs by opening requisitions, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding processes. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly, with a positive experience for both the candidate and our stakeholders while managing the day-to-day talent acquisition operations processes.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Screens application and resumes and conducts phone screens for high volume roles.
  • Partner with TA Coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling and communication details to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Extends offers and manages the acceptance process through the recruiting system.
  • Ensure recruitment activity and reporting is updated in an accurate, compliant and timely manner within the applicant tracking system; closing job requisitions within ATS
  • Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations;
  • Assist with various talent acquisition projects
  • Partner with assigned hiring managers and business partners to fill current staffing needs and develop talent pipelines
  • Publicize job postings via the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leading job boards to generate inbound applicants.
  • Pre-qualify resumes, conduct phone/video interviews and present qualified applicants to assigned hiring managers for further consideration.
  • Actively contribute and participate in the continuous improvement processes, assisting with projects as requested.
  • Maintain or exceed established KPIs, including time to fill, quality of hire metrics, and hiring manager satisfaction scores, etc.

Minimum Education

  • Associates degree preferred

Minimum Experience

  • 3 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Recruiting experience in a corporate and agency environment preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate. The employee may be required to stand; walk; sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to view monitors, technical documents, and reference material. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
