Role : Python Developer (Report Automation) with SAS experience

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based scripts for automated report generation and data processing.
• Design and implement end-to-end report automation workflows, optimizing data retrieval, transformation, and visualization.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to generate reports using Pandas, NumPy, and other data processing libraries.
• Integrate Python scripts with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Snowflake, etc.) for efficient data extraction and transformation.
• Develop APIs and automation scripts to pull data from various sources and automate report distribution.
• Migrate or integrate SAS-based reporting processes into Python-based solutions (if applicable).
• Collaborate with BI teams, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and error-handling mechanisms in automated reports.
• Optimize performance and scalability of reporting scripts and automation workflows.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and debugging practices to enhance script reliability.
• Work within an Agile development environment, following DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Document all code, processes, and workflows for maintainability and future enhancements.
