Job Description

Salary: 72,150 - 130,425 USD per year Requirements:

• Cisco CCNA level certification or working knowledge with hands-on experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Vital QIP and DDI experience. Cisco CCNP certification or working knowledge and experience.
• Experience supporting Cisco Switching, VPN, Wireless, and SDA (Software Defined Access) in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a network operations analyst, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and Vital QIP network devices.
• Provide overall network engineering support for a broad range of programs, including LAN/WAN/Firewall operations. Support duties may include monitoring, installation, modification, testing, and servicing of network equipment.
• Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives that have a significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. Take responsibility for entire projects or processes within a technical area and coach or review the work of lower-level technical staff as needed.
• Develop technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analysis, and an understanding of the impact on the end product/solution. Propose solutions to technical problems that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with internal and client project team members.
