Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Medical Scribe to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will assist our clinicians by documenting patient interactions, ensuring accuracy in medical records, and supporting the efficient delivery of mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters and medical histories into electronic health records (EHR).
• Assist healthcare providers by capturing detailed notes and ensuring the completeness of patient records.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to clarify and verify information as needed.
• Support administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the medical team.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional computer skills, including a typing speed of 65+ words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Pre-med students are highly preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
