The Opportunity:
We’re looking for driven, people-first sales professionals to join us as Inside Medicare Sales Agents . In this role, you’ll connect with prospective clients over the phone, guide them through their Medicare options, and help them choose the best plans to fit their unique needs. If you love sales, believe in making an impact, and are excited by the idea of supporting seniors in one of life’s most important decisions—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• 💬 Connect with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls—no cold calling
• 📚 Educate seniors on their Medicare plan options, benefits, and enrollment timelines
• 🤝 Build trust and guide clients toward informed, confident healthcare choices
• 🎯 Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• 🛠️ Use our easy-to-navigate tools and CRM to track interactions and progress
• 🔄 Stay up-to-date on Medicare trends and regulation changes

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid health insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales metrics.
• Proficient with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Detail-oriented and organized in maintaining client records.

Benefits

Benefits:

• Training Pay: $10/hour. We will cover your licensing and exam fees. You must pass the pre-licensing course in order to receive your training pay.
• This position will pay $160 per day PLUS commission.

Commission is 20%.

• 40 Hours/week
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 Am to 7:00 PM.

This job will offer a remote, hybrid and in-office experience.
