Primary Responsibilities

Join our Indianapolis-based team, where you'll:

• Engineer and maintain efficient injection molding processes.
• Investigate and resolve any production challenges affecting the quality of molded parts.
• Ensure rigorous documentation processes for both new and ongoing projects.
• Participate in experiments to refine processes and establish specifications.
• Collaborate with technical staff to optimize production efficiency.

Your Credentials

• Completion of high school education or GED.
• Minimum of three years’ experience operating and troubleshooting injection molding machinery.Beneficial background: participation in formal education programs or achieving an RJG Master Molder I Certification.

Key Skills

Possessing capabilities in the following areas would further enhance your application:

• Mechanical troubleshooting abilities and proficiency with CAD software.
• Knowledge of materials such as Nylon 6 and Nylon 66.
• Experience in plastic extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming.
• Competence in blueprint reading and setup of tools and dies.
