Pioneer Square Labs (PSL) is a premier startup studio and early-stage venture capital fund focused on building the next generation of technology companies in the Pacific Northwest.

PSL Studio develops ideas with exceptional entrepreneurs from scratch and validates or kills them. For the best ideas, significant development work and capital are invested to turn these ideas into venture-funded companies.

PSL partners with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) to take ideas from concept to pre-seed to seed fundraising, providing support in design, engineering, growth marketing, and recruiting throughout the process.

As Future CEO , you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with PSL’s managing directors, refine business ideas, and build a world-changing company from the ground up.

Requirements:

Submit a recorded presentation ('Critt') in 5 minutes or less, covering: the problems you are currently excited to solve, why you are interested in working with PSL, and why you are the right candidate at this moment.

Demonstrate passion for entrepreneurship and solving big problems, interest in leading a venture-scale business, and ability to work with diverse teams of designers, engineers, product managers, and marketers.

Previous founding or startup leadership experience is valued.
