This position is a 6-12+ month, 100% remote project with United States residency required to be considered.

About the Role:

Join the Shared Services Organization during an exciting transformation to improve operations and adopt best practices. As an Associate Manager, R2R, you will oversee month-end close processes, guide an off-site team, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role focuses on leveraging Oracle ERP and process improvements to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team in R2R operations.
• Manage month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and Oracle General Ledger processes.
• Drive process improvements, standardize practices, and support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and resolve technical issues.
• Provide documentation and support for SOX controls, internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Proficiency with US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with Oracle ERP (preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
