Contract Position - Immediate Start

THE ROLE

You'll provide high-level administrative support to our passionate leader who's working to make our planet a better place. This is your chance to bring your organizational superpowers to an organization that truly makes a difference!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage a complex calendar with the finesse of an air traffic controller
• Plan meetings, coordinate travel, and process expenses with laser-like precision
• Draft correspondence that strikes the perfect balance between professional and personable
• Serve as a friendly gatekeeper, fielding calls and emails with diplomacy
• Prepare materials for meetings that will impress even the most detail-oriented executives
• Handle confidential information with the discretion of a secret agent

MUST-HAVES

• Previous experience supporting a President or C-level executive (this is non-negotiable!)
• Current residence in the San Francisco Bay Area (remote work is available, but local candidates only)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to start immediately (we mean it - we need you ASAP!)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and virtual meeting platforms
• A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
