As a Management Trainee, you will play a key role in connecting nonprofit organizations with the public in high-traffic retail environments , inspiring support and raising funds for meaningful causes.
Engage with the Public: Act as the face of our partner charities by interacting with customers at retail locations and community events
Promote Nonprofit Campaigns: Share the mission, values, and goals of partner organizations to raise awareness and secure donations
Support Event Operations: Help plan and coordinate in-store events, ensuring smooth setup and execution
Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Create a welcoming and informative experience for every customer and supporter
Train and Mentor New Team Members: Assist with onboarding and support the professional development of newer staff
Track Campaign Results: Maintain accurate records of donations, team performance, and outreach success
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Passion for social impact, fundraising, or nonprofit work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven team environment
Willingness to learn and grow with a commitment to leadership development
Experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus (but not required)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
