Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through various online channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in digital marketing who is eager to make an impact and help scale our digital efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, while monitoring performance and engagement.
  • Conduct SEO research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Analyze website traffic and digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, providing reports and insights.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies are always ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and high-quality digital content, such as blog posts, landing pages, and ads.
  • Manage and improve the company’s online presence through consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content optimization.
  • Experience in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
