As a customer success specialist at Whova, you will provide front-line technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot software issues, and guide users through product features to ensure a smooth experience. Responsibilities:

What we offer:
Salary: $45K-$50K. The salary is based on experience in customer support (technical support for software products, customer services and onboarding for software products, etc)
