Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Bridge Construction

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our bridge construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing design-build bridge projects or bridge rehabilitation projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all phases of bridge construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
* Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.
* Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
* Foster a positive team environment and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including environmental and permitting requirements.
* Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on bridge construction or rehabilitation projects.
* Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods, materials, and techniques.
* Experience with design-build project delivery methods preferred.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent preferred.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
