As we continue to grow and expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and elevate our marketing efforts.
Position Overview: As the CMO of Great Lakes Home Remodeling, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our marketing strategy, leading our team to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with company goals, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth goals and target audience.
- Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through both traditional and digital marketing methods, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative, results-driven environment.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment across departments and optimize customer experiences.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within the home remodeling or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- A track record of successful lead generation and brand development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
- Understanding of Convoso or Five9 systems a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
