Job Role: Agentic AI Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ month

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant with a strong background in workflow automation, machine learning (ML), and generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, leveraging frameworks such as Autogen or LangChain to develop autonomous AI agents for complex problem-solving and process optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven automation, multi-agent collaboration, and the practical implementation of generative AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using Autogen or LangChain for intelligent business automation.
• Build multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous problem-solving and self-learning.
• Develop automation pipelines integrating ML and generative AI models to enhance business workflows.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLM-based AI agents for decision-making, conversational automation, and knowledge retrieval.
• Optimize reinforcement learning algorithms to improve AI agent adaptability and performance.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to enhance AI-driven automation.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Monitor, test, and refine AI agent performance through real-time feedback loops.
• Stay updated on cutting-edge AI advancements and contribute to innovation in Agentic AI applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in automation development, with expertise in Python, AI frameworks, and system integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Conversational AI).
• 6+ months of active development experience using the Autogen framework for Agentic AI applications.
• Proficiency in AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Autogen, and OpenAI API.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent systems, AI-driven automation, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment and orchestration.
• Expertise in API development, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing autonomous AI agents for enterprise automation.
• Exposure to Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research in Agentic AI.

Experience Summary:

• 6-8 years in automation development.
• 3+ years in machine learning.
• 2+ years in generative AI.
• 6+ months in Agentic AI development using Autogen.
