MARS Solutions Group is seeking a dynamic Address Recovery Processing (Hybrid role in Franklin Wisconsin) to join our Client's team. Our client, a leading financial services firm, provides an array of financial solutions, spanning wealth management, asset management, investment banking, and private equity.
Address Recovery Coordinator Address Recovery Processing (75%) -Utilizes various systems to locate and update client data and re-mail correspondence that was returned to NM as undeliverable. -Follows established guidelines to appropriately update and/or advise other business areas if current client information is unable to be located. -Reviews training manual to ensure appropriate handling of nonstandard undeliverable mail. -Follows work process to ensure that hourly target is consistently met. Team Responsibilities (25%) -Provide back-up support to the team leader in all areas such as formal and informal training, mentoring and leading job duty assignments for the team. -Responsible for adding value to the team and maintaining positive relationships with team members by exchanging useful information and feedback, adding ideas to their team PICK chart, sharing knowledge/expertise in team meetings and supporting team members with informal training sessions. -Manages and prioritizes work in a manner that will allow team members to easily support each other when needed. High School diploma required. Ability to handle a large volume of work accurately and promptly; strong organizational skills required. Confirmed data entry skills, keyboarding and ability to navigate through multiple systems required. Ability to use Microsoft Windows. Ability to analyze and interpret technical data. Effective communication skills. Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently. Customer service experience is preferred.
