The Tribute Companies – Part-Time Accounting Manager

The Tribute Companies is looking for a part-time accounting manager (24-28 hours/week with flexibility) to manage a team of 3 part-time staff in their Hartland, WI office. Tribute has 7 separate LLCs and is a Family Owned and Operated small business with locations in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.

Responsibilities:

• Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, general bookkeeping, tax filings, etc.
• Experience in managing cash flow.
• Coordinating financial forecasting, budgeting and projections.
• Managing a current team of 3 people.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting (CPA, Finance, etc.)
• 5 years’ experience in accounting with C-Suite level experience.
• Management Background.
• The ability to work independently.
• Acumatica ERP experience is a plus!

Position Details:

• Part-time, 24-28 hours/week, in office. You can choose either half or full days.
• While The Tribute Companies has 7 companies under their umbrella this position requires no travel..
• Salary is $45.00 – $50.00/hour depending on experience.
